The long rear absorptive chamber features an HP-Plus resonator. Both chambers are wrapped with a laminated muffler packing consisting of a thin layer of stainless steel under an ultra high temperature basalt wool. The stainless steel packing ensures long life for the high frequency absorptive basalt wool. The dual layer packing covers the complete length of the baffle to minimize body discoloration & to absorb the annoying higher frequencies. Low speed torque is improved over our 3.00" versions. Overall decibel level is reduced while still retaining the high quality deep sound.
